We have worked consciously in order to make our property the safest place for our guests, but we have to do this together. We need to protect each other and take care of each other.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Guideliness

Pre-Check In

​

• Prior to guest check-in, rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and every surface and object, wiped down both with commercial & authorized sanitizers.

• Rooms are sensitized with ozone after every check-out and before every check-in

• Air conditioning filters are cleaned prior to each check in.

• All linens are professionally cleaned prior to each check in.

• Mattresses & pillows are professionally sanitized, and steam cleaned after and before each use.

During Check In and Your Stay

​

• Our Check In is contact less, it means the property has a smart lock and we will provide the codes for you to enter.

• Guest rooms are cleaned upon request, in case of service our housekeeping & maintenance teams will wear masks and gloves when entering rooms.

• Turn-down service is offered on request to minimize contact.

• Hand sanitizers and sanitizing sprays are provided upon request, with delivery notification via WhatsApp.
